If you don’t cook at home on a regular basis, it can feel time consuming and expensive. It can be daunting to know where and how to start—and how to keep your momentum going. I also know that another way is possible and I want to share that with you.
When I cook for my family and friends, I delight in creating food that is colorful, seasonal and delicious. You can do this too and I want to show you how. I hope you’ll join me as I encourage and inspire you to deepen your relationship with food.

With coaching and encouragement, I will share my skills to help you build a healthier lifestyle. I’ll show you how to nourish your mind and body and to expand your cooking skills from monotony to abundance in the kitchen and at the table.
I teach formulas and techniques that enable you to be creative with what you have on hand, while also honoring your unique tastes and food preferences. Formulas are the building blocks for variations and improvisation in your cooking. Once you understand the potential for creativity, I hope that you’ll be brave and experiment at home.
Through kitchen tricks, tips, and attainable strategies, I will show you how to find the pleasure and the joy in cooking - and especially in eating! And, most importantly, you can create enduring memories and deeper connections with those you love.
